Pathway is for

  • Aspiring young players

    Build the fundamentals, basic ball control and confidence needed to enjoy the game and keep progressing.

  • Developing players

    Strengthen technique, consistency and decision-making as you take the next step.

  • Advanced and elite players

    Refine technical execution under pressure while working towards representative and higher-level hockey.

How Pathway works

Focused blocks

Designed by Shea McAleese and Joe Hanks. Each block concentrates on a clear technical focus adding dedicated skill development.

What is the Pathway programme?

Pathway is a connected block of high-repetition technical sessions. Each block has a clear skill focus and is built to complement, rather than replace, team training.

Who can join Pathway?

Pathway is open from intermediate-school age through to senior elite players. You do not need representative selection, but you do need to be ready to train with purpose and intensity.

Which Pathway level should I choose?

If you are new to Pathway, please choose the "unsure" option and talk to us at your first session. We can then ensure you are placed in the best group to develop and grow your game.

When and where is the next Pathway block?

The next Pathway block is planned for Term 4. Dates, session times, venue and registration details are being finalised and will be published on this page once confirmed.

What are the payment options?

Payment will be completed as part of the registration process. If you need to arrange payment by bank transfer, email us once registration opens and we can help.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. If you can no longer attend part or all of a block, contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm the options available for your booking.
