Programme Booking Terms
These terms apply to Inside Hockey Camps, Pathway blocks and other paid programmes unless a programme page says otherwise.
Version 2026-08-26 · effective 26 August 2026
A booking is made with Inside Sport Limited trading as Inside Hockey. The person completing the booking confirms that they are the player, or the player's parent, guardian or authorised representative.
Booking, eligibility and payment
Programme pages state the relevant dates, eligibility, inclusions and price. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where GST applies. A Camp place is for the selected player and cannot be shared. A booking is confirmed only when the required payment and acceptance steps have completed successfully.
You must provide accurate player, emergency contact and eligibility information. We may decline or cancel a booking that does not meet a stated eligibility requirement, with an appropriate refund except for any lawful deduction arising from inaccurate information or a service already supplied.
Terms and waiver acceptance
Before purchasing a Camp place, the purchaser must accept these Programme Booking Terms and the separate Camp waiver for the selected player. We record the document versions, acceptance time, accepting person and whether they accepted for themselves or as a parent or guardian.
Health, dietary and emergency information
Tell us about medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements and other information that programme staff reasonably need to keep the player safe and support their participation. Update us promptly if that information changes. In an emergency we may seek medical assistance and contact the nominated emergency contact.
We handle this information under our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation by the participant
- If you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the programme starts, we will provide a full refund.
- If you cancel inside 30 days, we will refund the price less reasonable direct costs already incurred or irreversibly committed for that booking. We will explain any deduction on request.
- Before the programme starts, you may ask to transfer the place to an eligible replacement player. Our approval is required and any additional direct cost must be paid.
- A no-show or withdrawal after the programme starts is not normally refundable, except where required by law.
Cancellation or material change by us
If Inside Hockey cancels a programme or makes a material change you do not accept, you may choose a full refund of the programme price or an available transfer. We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation or other arrangements not purchased from us, except where the law requires otherwise.
Conduct and safety
Players must follow reasonable safety instructions and behave with respect toward other players, staff, venues and equipment. We may remove a player for serious or repeated unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour. Any refund will reflect the service already supplied, reasonable direct costs and the player's statutory rights.
Programme communications and images
We may use email, phone and a Camp WhatsApp group for operational programme updates. Every attending Camp player must join the group; parents and guardians may also join. Other members can usually see the joining account's display name, profile image and phone number, and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply. Photography and video permissions for Camp are governed by the separate Camp waiver.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
