Accounts and accurate information

Keep your login secure and provide information that is accurate, current and relevant to the service you use. Do not share another person's information unless you have authority to do so. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.

Outseta provides our account, billing, customer support and email systems. Your use of personal information is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

Programmes and payments

A Camp, Pathway or other paid programme may have eligibility, payment, health, conduct and cancellation requirements. Those are set out in our Programme Booking Terms. Camp purchasers must also accept the separate Camp waiver before payment.

Free resources and connected services

Skills, drills and other free resources are general hockey education, not individual medical or safety advice. Use appropriate supervision, protective equipment and judgement for the player and environment.

Yardstick, SeasonPulse, DrillFlow Studio, YouTube and other linked services are separate products or providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Physical products and retailers

Inside Hockey links to independent retailers in New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. Inside Hockey does not operate their checkout or control their stock, delivery, returns or payment handling. Your purchase is with the retailer and is governed by that retailer's privacy policy, local consumer terms and returns process.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Inside Hockey owns or licenses the website design, written material, videos, graphics and programme material. You may use our public resources for personal training or ordinary coaching use. You may not sell, republish, scrape, remove branding from or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Communications

We may send service messages needed to operate your account, registration or programme. Marketing and newsletter messages are sent only where permitted and include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential service messages.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website and account services available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every link and resource will always remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

To the extent the law permits, each party is responsible for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of its own breach or negligence. We are not responsible for the acts, systems or terms of independent retailers and external services.

Changes and New Zealand law

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version and effective date above identify the terms that apply. New Zealand law governs these terms and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
